Description

LSP-500-XK-XX
uses all semiconductor switching devices. Unlike spark
gaps, or gas discharge devices, the life time of LSP-500 is the
same as those power semiconductor devices.

Unique
Hybrid IC technology employed by Lic engineering achieved the
High Peak Current, High Voltage and Fast Rise time at the
same time.

LSP-500
is designed for the high peak pulsed laser diode
applications. However, the device combined with these
three major characteristics of Iout=500A, Vout=1.4KV-3KV,
and Tr=1-3ns can be used for other unique applications.
